Castle of Mey is hiring a Receptionist for Granary Lodge to support guests during the busy season.
This role suits someone friendly and organised who enjoys working with people in a welcoming hospitality environment.

The role
Welcome guests and manage check ins and departures
Handle bookings, phone calls and guest enquiries
Provide a professional and friendly front of house experience
Support the smooth running of reception operations
Maintain accurate booking and guest records

Working pattern
Seasonal role
Shift work including weekends

What we are looking for
Essential
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly and professional manner
Good organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team

Not essential
Previous reception or hospitality experience
