The Old Inn is looking for a Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join its team in Gairloch.
This role will suit someone with hospitality experience who enjoys leading by example, delivering excellent customer service and working in one of Scotland’s most spectacular coastal locations.
The Role
Supervise the day to day operation of the bar and restaurant.
Lead and support the front of house team.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure high standards are maintained throughout service.
Assist with staff training and daily organisation.
Help create a welcoming experience for guests.
Work closely with the wider hospitality team.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Previous hospitality experience.
Leadership or supervisory experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Not Essential
Training can be provided where appropriate.
