Hostelling Scotland is hiring Casual Hostel Assistants to support its Inverness Youth Hostel.
This role suits someone adaptable and friendly who enjoys working with people in a busy, customer facing environment.
The role
Provide reception services including check in and check out
Handle customer enquiries and support guests
Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties
Assist with basic catering tasks
Adapt to changing priorities during busy periods
Working pattern
Up to 16 hours per week
Casual hours as required
Fixed term from April to November

Strong communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable approach
Not essential
Previous hospitality or customer service experience
