SPAR Claggan is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join its team in Fort William.
This 24 hour role suits someone who enjoys working with people, provides friendly service and is happy getting involved in the day to day running of a busy local store.
The Role
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Help customers with questions, advice and purchases.
Unpack deliveries and restock shelves.
Promote offers and products to customers.
Serve customers at the Food to Go counter.
Help maintain high standards of store hygiene and compliance.
Work as part of the wider store team serving the local community.
Working Pattern
24 hours per week.
The store operates seven days a week from early morning until late at night.
Flexibility is required, with some morning, evening and weekend working.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
A friendly and customer focused approach.
Good communication skills.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
A willingness to provide helpful and efficient service.
Flexibility around working hours.
Not Essential
Previous retail or grocery experience would be useful but is not essential.
Full training will be provided.
What Is On Offer
£13.50 per hour.
