Cairngorm Mountain is looking for Front of House Assistants to join its catering team for the summer season.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service and being part of one of Scotland’s most iconic visitor attractions.
The Role
Welcome and assist customers.
Serve food and drinks.
Maintain clean and welcoming café and front of house areas.
Operate the till for cash and card payments.
Replenish stock and displays.
Present food and beverages to company standards.
Support opening and closing procedures.
Answer customer questions about menus and allergens.
Follow food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures.
Work closely with the wider catering team.
Working Pattern
Full time and part time positions available.
Summer seasonal role.
No split shifts.
No evening work, except occasional events.
Own transport desirable.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Experience working as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good communication skills.
Reliable and flexible approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Not Essential
Experience in hospitality, catering or retail.
Food hygiene certificate.
Full training will be provided.
What Is On Offer
£13.45 per hour for applicants aged 18 and over.
