The Malt Inn is hiring an experienced Front of House Couple to join its busy bar and restaurant team in Fort William.
This role suits an experienced hospitality couple looking for strong seasonal hours and accommodation in the Highlands.
The role
Provide front of house and bar service
Support day to day restaurant operations
Deliver excellent customer service in a busy venue
One role includes supervisor and team leader responsibilities
Complete weekly reporting for head office
Work closely with the wider hospitality team
Working pattern
High hours available from May to October
Shift work including evenings and weekends
What we are looking for
Essential
Existing UK right to work
Previous bar or front of house experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable and able to work in a fast paced environment
Not essential
Previous supervisory experience for second role
What is on offer
£14.50 per hour for Supervisor / Team Leader role
£13.50 per hour for second role
