This Front of House Supervisor role in Inverness offers the chance to support the daily running of a busy hotel and restaurant operation.
This is a hands on leadership role focused on supporting the team, maintaining service standards and helping drive performance.

The role
Support the day to day running of the front of house operation.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Lead and support the team during service.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Report to management and support overall business performance.

Working pattern
35 to 44 hours per week.
Five days out of seven.
Immediate start available.

What we are looking for
Minimum two years front of house experience.
Confidence supervising a team.
Strong customer service skills.
Reliable and organised approach.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
