The role
Lead kitchen operations and manage the culinary team
Develop menus alongside senior management
Ensure consistency, quality and presentation across all dishes
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Manage stock, suppliers and kitchen costs
Support and develop kitchen staff
Working pattern
Full time hours
Shift work including weekends
What we are looking for
Essential
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Not essential
Experience within a high volume restaurant setting
