Broadford Hotel is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead its kitchen team on the Isle of Skye.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef to take charge of a busy hotel kitchen while enjoying the benefits of working in one of Scotland’s most spectacular locations.
This role is ideal for an experienced chef who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high standards and creating excellent dining experiences for guests.
The Role
Lead the day to day operation of the hotel kitchen.
Plan and oversee food preparation and service.
Maintain consistently high food quality and presentation.
Lead, motivate and support the kitchen team.
Manage kitchen standards, hygiene and food safety.
Help control stock and minimise waste.
Ensure an efficient and well organised kitchen operation.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Commitment to high standards of food quality and hygiene.
