Loch Maree Hotel and The Millcroft Hotel are hiring a Hotel Assistant to support operations across both locations in Gairloch.
This role suits someone adaptable and reliable who wants hands on hospitality work in a busy Highland setting.
The role
Support front of house including guest check in and enquiries.
Assist with housekeeping including room cleaning and preparing linens.
Help maintain clean and organised public areas.
Work across departments to support daily hotel operations.
Respond to guest needs and ensure a smooth experience.
Working pattern
Full time seasonal role.
Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy periods.
Work split across both hotel locations.
What we are looking for
Friendly and customer focused approach.
Able to work across different tasks and departments.
Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
Driving licence and own transport essential.
