Conaglen Estate is hiring housekeeping staff for the 2026 season in Ardgour.
This role suits individuals or a couple looking to live and work in a rural Highland setting.
The role
Carry out cleaning and preparation of estate properties
Maintain high standards across guest accommodation
Support changeovers and general housekeeping duties
Work as part of a small, reliable team
Working pattern
Minimum 28 hours per week if living on site
Regular weekend work required
Occasional evening rota shifts
What we are looking for
Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not essential
A practical and reliable approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Driving licence and own transport beneficial due to location
What is on offer
£14.50 per hour
Holiday pay and statutory pension

Seasonal role from mid April 2026 to early January 2027
Potential opportunity for a partner role in maintenance or gardening
Possibility of returning for the 2027 season or moving into a permanent role
