Dalmore Farm is looking for experienced cooks and kitchen professionals to join its team in the Scottish Highlands, with seasonal winter and permanent opportunities available.
These positions would suit people with kitchen experience who enjoy preparing food in a well-organised environment, with accommodation available and no evening or Sunday shifts.
The Role
Prepare and cook food as part of the Dalmore Farm kitchen team.
Work in a modern, spacious and well-equipped commercial kitchen.
Support colleagues during busy service periods.
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment.
Contribute to the smooth running of daily kitchen operations.
Work alongside an experienced and supportive team.
Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Working Pattern
Full time positions available.
Seasonal winter contracts or permanent opportunities.
No Sunday working.
No evening shifts.
No split shifts.
Paid breaks.

What We Are Looking For
Previous experience working as a cook or kitchen professional.
Confidence working in a busy commercial kitchen.
