The role
Lead the design and delivery of community activity programmes
Manage and evaluate projects to ensure strong outcomes
Develop new approaches to community work and enterprise
Work closely with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders
Support the growth and sustainability of community initiatives
What we are looking for
Experience in project management or community development
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Good communication and stakeholder engagement
Self motivated and proactive approach
What is on offer
£30,000 to £34,000 per year
