RSPB Scotland is hiring a Project Reporting Manager to support the Orkney Native Wildlife Project based in Kirkwall.
This role suits a highly organised professional who can manage complex reporting, support decision making and keep a major conservation project on track.
The role
Track and report progress across a large scale conservation project.
Maintain accurate records of milestones, deliverables and performance.
Prepare clear reports for partners, funders and steering groups.
Support evidence based decision making and change requests.
Monitor risks, issues and compliance requirements.
Coordinate office systems and support day to day operations.
Work closely with managers and teams across the project.
Working pattern
Full time role based on 37.5 hours per week.
Fixed term contract until December 2027.
What we are looking for
Experience managing or improving project reporting systems.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data clearly.
Experience producing reports for stakeholders and decision makers.
Strong organisational and prioritisation ability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Experience within conservation or environmental projects desirable.
