MHMotorbike is looking for a Volunteer Regional Coordinator to support its work within the motorcycling community.
This role will suit someone who is passionate about mental health, enjoys building relationships and wants to make a positive difference for riders across their region.
The Role
Recruit and support Area Coordinators, volunteers and Mental Health First Aiders.
Build relationships with motorcycle dealerships, cafés, shops and clubs.
Organise and attend community and fundraising events.
Promote MHMotorbike’s services and initiatives.
Support local volunteers and coordinate regional activities.
Work closely with Trustees and other Regional Coordinators.
Produce monthly updates on regional activities.
Help grow awareness of mental health support within the biking community.
Protect and promote the MHMotorbike brand.
Working Pattern
Volunteer position.
Minimum commitment of four hours per week.
Attend monthly Regional Coordinator meetings by Zoom.
Regional location agreed following a successful interview.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Current Mental Health First Aid certificate.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Ability to lead and motivate volunteers.
Passion for supporting mental health within the motorcycling community.
Ability to build relationships with local businesses and organisations.
Not Essential
Previous volunteer leadership experience would be beneficial.
MHMotorbike induction and additional training will be provided.
