Chalmers of Fort William is looking for two new team members to join its growing retail business.
This is an excellent opportunity for friendly, reliable people who enjoy working with customers and want to be part of a well established local retailer.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can work confidently on their own and is looking to build a career in retail.
The Role
Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Work across all three Chalmers stores when required.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain high standards of shop presentation.
Work independently when managing single staffed stores.
Support the wider team with day to day retail duties.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Must be aged 18 or over.
Reliable and motivated.
Able to work independently.
Good customer service skills.
Willingness to work across all three stores.
Not Essential
Previous retail experience.
Full training will be provided.
What Is On Offer
Competitive hourly rate above the National Minimum Wage.
