Carr Gomm is recruiting Support Practitioners to join its Home Based Respite Service supporting people and unpaid carers across Badenoch and Strathspey.
This is a rewarding community role helping people live independently while giving unpaid carers valuable time to rest and recharge.
The role would suit caring, reliable and compassionate individuals looking to make a real difference within their local community. Previous experience is helpful but not essential as full training and support are provided.
The role
Provide person centred respite support within people’s homes
Support individuals to live independently and confidently
Help unpaid carers by providing meaningful respite care
Build positive and supportive relationships with service users
Deliver compassionate and professional care within the community
