NEXT is looking for a Team Member (Stock) to join its team at Inverness Retail Park.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast paced retail environment, takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and is happy working both independently and as part of a team.
The Role
Locating, processing and preparing stock for customers.
Packing and transferring stock accurately and efficiently.
Supporting online customer orders.
Maintaining organised and tidy stockroom areas.
Helping ensure products are available when customers need them.
Supporting colleagues across the store when required.
Providing friendly customer service on the shop floor.
Working towards daily performance and operational targets.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
A positive and reliable attitude.

The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A willingness to support different areas of the store.
Not Essential
Previous retail experience.
Previous stockroom experience.
Experience handling customer enquiries.
