CASUAL PROGRAMME WORKER – STEM EDUCATION (SESSIONAL WORK)

Our mission is to inspire young people, ensuring they have the opportunity and confidence to reach their full potential, enabling them to contribute to their communities and improve their social mobility. 

 We’re looking for enthusiastic Casual Programme Workers to lead activities, support young people and help deliver exciting hands‑on STEM experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Deliver engaging STEM workshops (virtual & in‑person)
  • Lead and motivate groups of young people
  • Provide safeguarding and pastoral support
  • Support logistics, sign‑in/out and activity setup
  • Work with schools, industry partners and host venues

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Confidence communicating with young people
  • Friendly, proactive and professional
  • Strong organisational skills and reliability
  • Experience in youth work or STEM is desirable

REQUIREMENTS

  • PVG (or willingness to obtain)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to travel; some overnight stays may be required
