We are recruiting a Senior Front of House Assistant for our luxury 9 bedroomed hotel near Fearn, near Tain.
Hours of work are 40, working 5 days from 7 according to the requirements of the business.
Salary is £29,266 per annum
The role includes delivering all aspects of front of house operations of the hotel, and providing a positive, friendly and professional service to our guests.
You will manage the check in and out process, therefore you must be familiar with the use of booking and EPOS systems.
You will also be responsible for concierge duties, hosting wine tastings, and supporting your colleagues in the general operation of the hotel. Previous experience in a similar role is required and you must be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service and professional appearance.
Please note that you must have the right to work in the UK.
There is no accommodation provided and you must have your own transport as the hotel is not accessible by public transport.
