A welcoming pub and restaurant in a remote and beautiful part of the Isle of Mull is looking for a hospitality couple, or the right individual, to join the team for the 2026 season.
This is a fantastic opportunity for people who enjoy hospitality, remote island living and working as part of a small and supportive team in one of Scotland’s most stunning locations.
The business is ideally looking for a couple offering a mix of front and back of house experience, although applications from individuals able to support the business in a combined role are also encouraged.
The role
Support front and back of house operations
Deliver excellent customer service
Work as part of a small and friendly hospitality team
Help maintain smooth day to day running of the pub and restaurant
Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
What we are looking for
Front and back of house experience preferred
Positive and hardworking attitude
Confident and reliable approach
Ability to work well within a small team
Willingness to live and work in a remote island location
