Due to internal promotion and business restructuring, we are recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor and a Housekeeper to join an established and reliable team within a 5 star twelve bedroomed hotel in Port Ellen.
Excellent rates of pay.
All positions are 5 days from 7, 28 hours per week
Hours are generally 8am – 4pm (annualised contract)
The job involves:
Cleaning and tidying of guest bedrooms and public areas.
Carrying out domestic duties including changing bed linen, cleaning, and replenishing bathrooms.
Operating our in-house laundry facility.
Checking room conditions and reporting maintenance issues to the relevant team member.
Ensuring all brand standards and procedures are followed.
Experience required:
Previous hotel housekeeping experience is essential.
A strong eye for detail and high standards of cleaning.
A positive attitude and completely dependable.
The ability to work well as part of a team.
