The Role
Learn practical cookery skills in a professional kitchen.
Train and learn alongside the Platform 1864 kitchen team.
Gain hands on experience preparing and cooking food.
Develop the skills required to work professionally as a chef.
Work towards recognised qualifications while learning on the job.
Become part of the kitchen team and develop experience in a working restaurant environment.
