Breedon Group is looking for an Apprentice Customer Service Coordinator (Sales) to join its team at Daviot Quarry & Asphalt Plant near Inverness.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and wants to build a long term career while earning a recognised qualification.
The Role
Respond to customer enquiries and identify the best solutions.
Process customer orders accurately.
Prepare quotations and pricing for customers.
Develop product knowledge to support customers effectively.
Promote suitable products through upselling and cross selling.
Manage customer enquiries through to completion.
Support customer credit management processes.
Communicate changes to customer orders.
Build strong relationships with customers over the phone.
Contribute ideas to improve customer service and team performance.
Attend college while completing a SCQF Level 5 Customer Service Apprenticeship.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
National 5 Maths and English at Grades A to C.
Good organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good time management skills.
A customer focused approach.
Willingness to learn.
Not Essential
Previous customer service experience.
Sales experience.
Construction industry knowledge.
Full training will be provided.
What Is On Offer
Salary of £21,258–£23,317 per year.
Fully funded SCQF Level 5 Customer Service Apprenticeship.
Paid college attendance.
Monday to Friday working with no shifts or weekends.
