Platform 8 is looking for a Team Leader to join its team in Inverness.
This role will suit someone with hospitality experience who enjoys leading by example, supporting colleagues and creating a great experience for customers.
The Role
Lead and support the team during busy shifts.
Provide friendly and memorable customer service.
Deputise for the management team when required.
Help organise the team to keep shifts running smoothly.
Maintain high standards across the bar and customer areas.
Ensure the pub remains safe, clean and compliant.
Support colleagues to deliver excellent food and drink service.
Respond quickly and effectively to issues as they arise.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Previous hospitality experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Leadership and team working abilities.
Good attention to detail.
The ability to remain calm under pressure.
A positive and proactive attitude.
Not Essential
Previous supervisory experience.
Hospitality qualifications.
Management training.
