BAM Nuttall
BAM Nuttall is looking for an Apprentice Groundworker to join its team in Inverness and across projects throughout Scotland.
This role will suit someone who enjoys practical outdoor work, wants to learn a skilled trade and is looking to build a long term career in construction.
The Role
Preparing and levelling construction sites.
Assisting with the installation of foundations, drainage systems and concrete works.
Operating and maintaining tools and equipment.
Following health and safety procedures on site.
Working alongside experienced groundworkers on a range of construction projects.
Studying towards a Modern Apprenticeship in Groundworks with UHI while gaining practical on site experience.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
An interest in construction and outdoor work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A reliable and hardworking approach.
The ability to work safely and follow instructions.
Not Essential
Five National 4 or National 5 qualifications including English and Maths.
A driving licence.
Previous construction experience.
