Halfords is looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join its team in Inverness.
This role will suit someone who enjoys helping customers, working as part of a team and building product knowledge in a busy retail environment.
The Role
Providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the right products.
Handling customer enquiries and offering practical advice.
Demonstrating products and explaining available services.
Supporting store sales and day to day retail operations.
Maintaining high standards throughout the store.
Working as part of the wider retail team to deliver a positive customer experience.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Good customer service skills.
A proactive and positive approach.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to understand customer needs.
Availability to work weekends as part of a rota.
Not Essential
Previous retail sales experience.
Experience working towards sales targets.
Knowledge of motoring or cycling products.
What Is On Offer
Salary of £13.81 per hour for those aged 21 and over.
