GRO For You is looking for a Café Supervisor to join its team at the GRO For You Community Campus in Tain.
This role will suit someone with hospitality or catering experience who enjoys leading a team, delivering excellent customer service and helping create a welcoming environment for visitors.
The Role
Supporting the day to day operation of the café.
Leading and supporting team members during shifts.
Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.
Helping create a welcoming and positive experience for customers.
Supporting the café during busy seasonal periods.
Assisting with the smooth running of daily café operations.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Working closely with the wider team to ensure efficient service.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or catering.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A positive and motivated attitude.
A hands on approach to work.
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
The ability to work well in a busy environment.
Not Essential
Previous experience within a community based organisation.
