Highland Holidays is looking for a Receptionist to join its team at Ben Nevis Holiday Park in Fort William.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
The Role
Welcoming guests and visitors to the holiday park.
Managing bookings and customer enquiries.
Supporting the day to day operation of reception.
Assisting customers in the park shop.
Providing information about the park and local area.
Handling telephone and email enquiries.
Supporting the wider team during busy periods.
Helping create a positive and memorable experience for guests.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
A friendly and professional attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Good organisational skills.
Confidence using computers.
The ability to handle customer enquiries effectively.
The ability to work in a busy environment.
A flexible and team focused approach.
Not Essential
Previous reception experience.
Previous holiday park experience.
Previous customer service experience.
