Bloom & Graze Ltd is looking for Catering Assistants to join its Jacobite catering team based in Fort William.
This role will suit someone who enjoys meeting people, working in a unique environment and delivering excellent customer service while travelling aboard one of Scotland’s most famous rail journeys.
The Role
Operating the trolley service onboard the Jacobite steam train.
Serving food and drinks to passengers.
Supporting the afternoon tea catering service.
Providing friendly and professional customer service.
Preparing and presenting refreshments to a high standard.
Handling payments and maintaining stock levels.
Creating a memorable experience for visitors travelling between Fort William and Mallaig.
Working as part of a small and supportive team.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Friendly and positive attitude.
Good communication skills.
Reliable and professional approach.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be aged 16 or over.
Not Essential
Previous catering experience.
Previous hospitality experience.
Knowledge of afternoon tea service.
