The Pier Hotel is looking for a Chef / Cook to join its team in Portree.
This role would suit someone with kitchen experience who enjoys preparing quality food in a busy hospitality environment.

The Role

Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard.
Supporting the day to day running of the kitchen.
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.
Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation.
Working as part of the wider hospitality team.
Helping deliver a positive dining experience for guests.

Working Pattern

Flexible working hours.
Full time and part time applications will be considered.

What We Are Looking For

Previous chef or cook experience.
A good understanding of kitchen operations.
The ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
A positive and reliable approach.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
