Erchless Estate
Seasonal | July 2026 to October 2026
Erchless Estate is looking for a Seasonal Ghillie to support its stag stalking and salmon fishing operations during the 2026 season.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to gain experience on a well regarded Highland sporting estate.
The Role
Assisting the Estate Stalker with day to day estate operations.
Providing a high standard of service and support to estate guests.
Driving Argocats and ATVs for deer extraction.
Lardering deer and other game.
Feeding pheasants and ducks.
Cleaning and maintaining vehicles and equipment.
Accompanying fishing guests on the River Glass.
Carrying out mowing and strimming duties.
Supporting general estate maintenance work.
Assisting with changeovers at Erchless Castle.
Helping maintain a safe environment for guests and the estate team.
What We Are Looking For
A full UK driving licence.
A positive and professional approach.
The ability to work outdoors in a range of conditions.
Good communication and practical skills.
A willingness to support a variety of estate activities.
Experience with Argocats and ATVs would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided.
