The Edinbane Inn is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team on the Isle of Skye.
This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys working with fresh produce in a busy kitchen and is looking for a fresh start in one of Scotland’s most spectacular locations.
The Role
Prepare and cook high quality dishes using fresh ingredients.
Maintain consistently high food standards during busy service.
Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Support the smooth day to day running of the kitchen.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
Experience working with fresh produce.
Experience in a high volume kitchen.
The right to work in the UK.
Not Essential
A good sense of humour and the ability to enjoy Scottish banter.
What Is On Offer
£16.50 per hour.
