Fort Augustus and Glenmoriston Community Company is hiring a Chief Officer to lead its operations and future development.
This role suits an experienced leader who can balance strategy, people and community impact in a hands on environment.
The role
Lead the organisation and its trading subsidiary
Oversee financial and strategic management
Develop new services and community projects
Build relationships with funders and partners
Manage and support the operations team
Ensure compliance with legal and governance requirements
Drive delivery of the Community Action Plan
Working pattern
22.5 to 37.5 hours per week
Flexible working with some evening and weekend work
Occasional home working available
What we are looking for
Essential
Experience in leadership and team management
Strong financial and strategic planning skills
Experience working with stakeholders and partners
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Not essential
Experience within the third sector or rural communities
What is on offer
£45,000 to £50,000 pro rata depending on hours
35 days annual leave including public holidays
