Cairngorms National Park Authority is hiring a Finance Manager to support its corporate services team in Grantown on Spey.
This role suits an experienced finance professional who wants broad responsibility and the chance to lead within a nationally significant organisation.
The role
Manage financial support services across projects
Oversee budgeting, cash flow and financial reporting
Lead payroll and pensions functions
Maintain financial systems and controls
Support delivery of major programmes including Cairngorms 2030
Line manage and support the finance team
Analyse financial data and present clear reports
Working pattern
35 hours per week
Office based with flexible working options
What we are looking for
Essential
Qualified accountant or part qualified with relevant experience
Strong experience in financial management and reporting
Experience managing payroll and pensions
Ability to lead and manage a team
Strong Excel and data handling skills
Clear communication and analytical ability
Not essential
Experience within public sector or environmental organisations
What is on offer
£47,556 to £55,433 per year
