Helping Hand Lossiemouth is looking for Community Support Workers to join its small local team.
This role would suit someone kind, dependable and practical who enjoys helping people maintain their independence and get more from everyday life.
The Role
Provide companionship and befriending.
Help with light housework and laundry.
Assist clients with shopping trips.
Help with meal preparation.
Accompany and support clients attending appointments.
Support clients attending clubs and social events.
Accompany clients on outings and everyday trips.
Working Pattern
Part time.
20 to 25 hours per week.
The role involves travelling within the local community.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Must be aged 18 or over.
Valid driving licence.
Access to a vehicle.
Caring and dependable approach.
Positive and practical attitude.
Enjoy helping and spending time with other people.
Not Essential
Previous care experience is not required.
Full training is provided.
What Is On Offer
£13.50 per hour.
Fuel allowance.
28 days holiday.
