The Lecht is looking for a Mechanical Lift Engineer to join its team for the upcoming winter season.
This is a hands on role for someone with a strong mechanical background who fancies putting their engineering skills to work in a very different mountain environment.
The Role
Carry out mechanical maintenance and fault finding.
Help maintain ski lifts and uplift systems.
Work on mountain machinery and equipment.
Help keep lifts, uplift systems and machinery operating safely.
Work as part of the team maintaining The Lecht’s mountain infrastructure.
Working Pattern
The position is for the upcoming winter season.
The role is based at The Lecht and involves working in a mountain environment.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Strong mechanical background.
Practical engineering experience.
Good mechanical maintenance and fault finding skills.
Ability to work practically with machinery and mechanical systems.
Not Essential
Previous ski lift experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
