Marks & Spencer is looking for a Customer Assistant to join its team in Fort William.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
The Role
Providing friendly and efficient customer service.
Helping customers find products and answer enquiries.
Keeping shelves stocked and well presented.
Promoting and recommending M&S Food products.
Using digital tools and in store devices to support customers.
Working across different areas of the store when required.
Supporting colleagues to maintain a positive team environment.
Helping drive sales through excellent customer service.
Maintaining high standards throughout the store.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Good customer service skills.
A positive and flexible attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Confidence using digital tools and technology.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to work across different areas of the store.
Not Essential
Previous retail experience.
Knowledge of M&S products.
