Breedon Group is looking for an Apprentice Customer Service Coordinator (Sales) to join its team in Daviot, Inverness.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and wants to build a long term career while gaining qualifications and practical experience.
The Role
Responding to customer enquiries and understanding customer requirements.
Taking orders and ensuring information is entered accurately into company systems.
Preparing prices and quotations for customers.
Developing knowledge of Breedon’s products and recommending suitable solutions.
Supporting upselling and cross selling opportunities.
Managing customer enquiries through to completion.
Understanding why quotations are not converted into sales opportunities.
Monitoring customer credit limits and helping maintain smooth transactions.
Communicating changes and updates to customers.
Building positive relationships with customers over the telephone.
Contributing ideas to improve processes and team performance.
Attending college as part of a SCQF Level 5 Customer Service Apprenticeship.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
National 5 Maths and English at Grades A to C.
Good organisational skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
Ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks at once.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good time management skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Not Essential
Previous experience in customer service.
Experience within the construction sector.

Salary of £21,258–£23,317 per year.
Monday to Friday daytime hours.
