Baxters is looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join its team in Fochabers.
This role will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service.
The Role
Maintain customer profiles, databases and EDI systems.
Process customer orders accurately and on time.
Monitor order progress and resolve issues proactively.
Work closely with Sales, Planning, Operations, Technical and Despatch teams.
Support the delivery of orders in full and on time.
Develop strong relationships with customers.
Help minimise the impact of stock shortages and supply issues.
Coordinate samples for new product launches and marketing events.
Support weekly and period end reporting.
Maintain accurate KPI and customer service data.
Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role when required.

Not Essential
Experience within FMCG.
Experience using ERP systems.
Oracle experience.
Knowledge of operations, planning, purchasing or finance processes.
Experience within a customer operations environment.
Training can be provided.
