SPAR, Grange Road, Fort William is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join its team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys helping customers, working as part of a team and providing friendly service within a busy convenience store.
The Role
Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
Assist customers with enquiries and purchases.
Unpack deliveries and replenish shelves.
Promote products and special offers.
Serve customers at the Food to Go counter.
Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and hygiene.
Follow food safety and company procedures.
Support colleagues to keep the store running smoothly.
Working Pattern
Part time position.
10 hours per week.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends is required.

Not Essential
Previous retail experience.
Experience within the grocery sector.
Food handling experience.
Full training will be provided.
