The Speyside Centre is looking for a Daytime Cook to join its team in Grantown on Spey.
This role will suit someone who enjoys preparing fresh food, working as part of a close knit team and bringing creativity and enthusiasm to a busy kitchen environment.
The Role
Preparing and cooking food for customers.
Supporting baking and food preparation activities.
Managing stock rotation and food storage.
Assisting with stock ordering and inventory control.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
Supporting the smooth day to day operation of the kitchen.
Working closely with colleagues to deliver a great customer experience.

Essential

Good organisational skills.
A commitment to maintaining high standards.
Not Essential
Previous professional cooking experience.
Formal catering qualifications.
Experience with stock ordering and kitchen administration.
