House of Bruar is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead its email team from its base at Blair Atholl.
This role would suit an experienced digital marketer who understands large customer databases, segmentation and lifecycle marketing and is equally comfortable setting strategy and delivering campaigns.
The Role
Lead and develop a team of three.
Plan and deliver targeted email campaigns several times each week.
Manage automated and triggered emails throughout the customer journey.
Take responsibility for customer lifecycle flows extending beyond email into other channels.
Develop personalisation and micro segmentation.
Support the growth of email marketing within the US market.
Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce and Content Manager.
Contribute to the wider Mail Order and Ecommerce Management Team.
Help shape and deliver digital marketing strategy.

Full time.
Fixed term maternity cover.
Office based at House of Bruar, Blair Atholl.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Proven experience managing an email marketing function.
Experience working with large customer databases.
Strong knowledge of segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands on campaign delivery.
Experience working with high volumes of email campaigns.
Ability to work effectively across teams and marketing channels.
Not Essential
Previous people management experience.
Retail or ecommerce experience.
