Ross County Football Club is looking for a First Team Goalkeeping Coach to join its coaching team in Dingwall.
This role will suit an experienced goalkeeping coach who is passionate about player development and wants to play a key role in the club’s ambitions both on and off the pitch.
The Role
Plan and deliver position specific training sessions for First Team goalkeepers.
Analyse match footage and training performances.
Provide technical and tactical feedback to goalkeepers.
Prepare goalkeepers for matchdays through tailored warm ups and tactical briefings.
Work closely with the First Team Manager and coaching staff.
Support goalkeeper development, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Work with the Academy Goalkeeping Coach to develop young talent.
Maintain performance records and contribute to goalkeeper recruitment.
Keep up to date with modern goalkeeping techniques and coaching methods.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Experience coaching goalkeepers at professional or semi professional level.
UEFA B Licence.
Recognised Goalkeeping Coaching qualification or working towards UEFA Goalkeeping B Licence.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of modern goalkeeping techniques and tactics.
Professional and organised approach.
Not Essential
Higher level coaching qualifications would be beneficial.
Training and continued professional development will be supported where appropriate.
