Highland Chocolatier is looking for a Head Retail Assistant to join its team in Grandtully.
This role will suit someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team in a luxury retail environment.
The Role
Lead and support a small team of retail assistants.
Serve and sell artisan chocolates and gifts.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain attractive retail displays and merchandising.
Receive, price, rotate and replenish stock.
Train and support colleagues.
Assist with staff rotas and holiday cover.
Maintain hygiene records and high standards of cleanliness.
Promote a positive and supportive team culture.
Represent the Highland Chocolatier brand to the highest standard.
Working Pattern
Full time permanent position.
Year round employment.
Weekday and weekend working required.
Flexible working to cover holidays.
Applicants must live within daily travelling distance of Grandtully.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Retail management or administrative experience.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
High level of numeracy and accuracy.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
Eye for merchandising and presentation.
Not Essential
Experience working with luxury products would be beneficial.
Training will be provided on products and company procedures.

£14.00 to £15.00 per hour.
