The Caledonian Hotel in Fort William is looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join its hospitality team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous hospitality experience who enjoys delivering excellent service and working in a busy hotel environment.

The Role
Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout designated areas.
Help control stock levels and minimise waste.
Respond to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner.
Anticipate customer needs to enhance the guest experience.
Follow all Health and Safety and Fire Safety procedures.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
At least one year’s experience in a similar role.
A passion for hospitality.
Reliable and willing to learn.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
