Lochardil House is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant to join its hospitality team in Inverness.
This full time role would suit someone who enjoys looking after guests, works well as part of a team and takes pride in delivering genuine Highland hospitality.
The Role
Support the day to day operation of the restaurant.
Work within the lounge bar.
Support events within the hotel’s event space.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
Work alongside the Operations Manager and wider hotel team.
Help maintain high standards throughout food and beverage service.
Create a welcoming experience for guests.
Working Pattern
Full time.
Evening and weekend working is required.
Staff accommodation is not available.

Previous hospitality experience.
A confident and positive approach.
Excellent customer service skills.
A highly motivated attitude.
Good organisational skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
