West End Hotel is looking for an experienced Front of House Team Member to join its hospitality team.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
The Role
Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay.
Managing guest check ins and check outs.
Handling reservations and responding to guest enquiries.
Providing a high standard of customer service.
Taking food and drink orders and serving guests.
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in guest areas.
Supporting the day to day operation of the front desk and hospitality areas.
What We Are Looking For
Previous front of house, reception, food and beverage, or hospitality experience.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
A professional and positive approach.
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings when required.
