This role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy café environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
The Role
Provide friendly and welcoming customer service.
Serve customers in a busy café environment.
Take customer orders and handle transactions.
Assist with food and drink service.
Help maintain a clean and welcoming café.
Support colleagues during busy periods.
Provide cover for staff holidays and sickness.
Represent the café professionally at all times.
