Harbro is looking for a General Operative to join its team at its Tore site near Inverness.
This role will suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining high standards and wants to be part of a business supplying quality products to customers across the agricultural sector.
The Role
Loading bulk feed deliveries.
Receiving bulk raw materials.
Packing bagged products.
Filling toted products.
Supporting daily production activities.
Maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Completing housekeeping records.
Undertaking training across mill production operations.
Supporting hand tip, press and blending operations.
Assisting colleagues across the site as required.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
A positive and hardworking attitude.
The ability to work as part of a small team.
Good organisational skills.
A practical approach to work.
Basic IT skills.
A friendly and confident manner.
A willingness to learn new processes.
The ability to work safely and efficiently.
Not Essential
Previous production experience.
Previous agricultural experience.
Experience within a manufacturing environment.
